Honestly, the dust was our biggest concern, especially because we have furniture throughout the house and weren't planning a full renovation.
The whole process ended up being much easier than we expected. The crew was careful with the house, explained what they were doing, and kept the work area surprisingly clean. What impressed us most was the difference in the floors afterward. There were scratches and worn areas that I had assumed would always be visible, and now you would never know how bad they looked before.

Pricing depends on five variables. We quote per project after a site visit (free, no obligation), but the bands below give you a realistic frame of reference for the Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester County market in 2026:
